RAPID SHIP Ordering Information

The RAPID SHIP program makes available our fastest moving product numbers to ship from our closest distribution center in 55 hours or less after receipt of order (exclusive of weekends and holidays).

PRODUCTS
Products included in the RAPID SHIP program are limited to the item numbers listed on the RAPID SHIP Quote form.  To qualify for the RAPID SHIP program, all items on your order must be RAPID SHIP product numbers.  RAPID SHIP products are available in Gray only.

If your order combines RAPID SHIP items and non-RAPID SHIP part numbers, the entire order will be handled as a standard order and lead time will reflect those currently in effect. 

ORDERS
• Please mark your order clearly to indicate that it is RAPID SHIP.  The best way to so this is to use the RAPID SHIP Quote form and attach it to your Purchase Order.  Rapid Rack requires a signed Purchase Order to be submitted with all orders.
• RAPID SHIP orders may not be changed or cancelled.
• All orders are subject to final acceptance by Rapid Rack.
• Credit must be approved in advance to participate in the RAPID SHIP program

SHIPPING
Orders will ship either collect or with 3rd Party Billing.  Each order must be for one destination and one consignee.  Orders may not be accumulated nor may they be held for shipment at a later date. No will calls will be allowed for RAPID SHIP orders

The Fine Print:

CLAIMS
The distributor that ordered the material must file claims for damage or missing material with the delivering carrier.  Claims for shortages must be made to Rapid Rack Customer Service not later than five (5) days after receipt of the shipment.

RETURNED MERCHANDISE
No goods may be returned to Rapid Rack without prior factory authorization.  Materials returned without a Return Goods Authorization will be refused and returned to the shipper at the shipper’s expense.  All returned goods are subject to a 25% restocking charge
