Patented interlocking rails
With a straightforward design, minimal components, and innovative insertion rail technology, it installs faster and more affordably than traditional systems. Our dynamic rail system absorbs natural thermal expansion and contraction, reducing stress on modules and helping prevent micro-cracks in photovoltaic cells—protecting your investment for the long haul.
Grounding and Bonding Built In
The Rapid Rack™ mounting system creates a bonded grid. No additional grounding hardware is required other than a Rapid Rack Ground Shark. To connect a bonded table to ground, simply run a bare copper wire from a Ground Shark to the main system ground.
Comprehensive Modification
The Rapid Rack™ system incorporates multiple points of adjustment, enabling precise leveling and alignment to accommodate real-world site conditions. Configurations up to 5 high in landscape and 3 high in portrait orientation that can be designed in 1' to 10' front edge height.
Advanced Corrosion Resistance
The Rapid Rack™ Insertion Rail System produces aesthetically pleasing, sturdy arrays. All materials are specified for maximum corrosion resistance and longevity. Our system undergoes quarterly UL inspections to ensure manufacturing quality and tolerances comply with the UL 2703 standard.
